Greacen Panelbeaters Ltd have been in the Panelbeating Industry for over 55 years, we have extensive knowledge of all Insurance processes and have highly competent staff that focus on quality and detail. Each repair is carried out to the highest standard with in process quality checks at each stage of the repair, this produces repairs that are almost impossible to identify once complete. Services
Inspection
A free damage inspection with all insurance claims including photos sent to your insurance company.
This should only take between ½ – ¾ of an hour, while you wait in our reception.
Private work
If when you bring your vehicle in for repair you would like some private work quoted.
We will email you a quote for your approval once we have your authorisation we will complete the private work at the same time to save time on coming back.
Touch up paint
For a small charge we can also supply you with a small bottle of touch up paint to match your vehicle.
This will need to be ordered at the time you bring your vehicle in for repair.
Step 1

Step 2
Once assessed we will email our quote and photos and will liaise with the insurance company to get your claim processed.
Step 3
If when you bring your vehicle in for repair you would like some private work quoted we will email you a quote for your approval once we have your authorisation we will complete the private work at the same time to save time on coming back.
Step 4
Depending on the work that is required to be done we should be able to give you an estimated time of completion.
Step 5
Once your vehicle is completed we will give your vehicle a wash and vacuum.
Step 6
For a small charge we can also supply you with a small bottle of touch up paint to match your vehicle. This will need to be ordered at the time you bring your vehicle in for repair.

Do you have courtesy/loan cars?
Yes, we supply loan vehicles for clients once their vehicles are in for the repair stage.

How long is the repair time?
The repair time does vary, but we average between 5 – 7 days depending on the type of repair and the damage to your vehicle.

Do I have to call to see when my car is ready?
No, as soon as the quality check is completed and the office has your keys we will either call or text you to collect your vehicle.

Can I book a date to bring my car in for repair?
We are unable to book a specific date and time for your vehicle as this may vary due to what is in our workshop at the time. We will however call when we have a space and a loan car available together, we can give you an indication but not a definite date.
